The Reset.
Face Cleanser
Takes off the day and the SPF. Leaves the barrier alone.
- Removes SPF in one wash, built for our own film-formers.
- Sulphate-free: amino-acid surfactants only.
- Washes at skin pH, 5.0–5.5, printed on the tube.
- Ships in 3–4 weeks with its batch record.
Takes the day, and your sunscreen, all the way off.
A modern SPF is built to survive sweat, humidity and a full day on your face. Water alone does not take it off. The Reset is engineered for exactly this job: one wash removes the film-formers without stripping the skin under them.
No tight feel. No squeak. That squeak is your barrier complaining.
The pH is on the label.
Amino-acid and sugar-based surfactants at pH 5.0 to 5.5, the range your skin actually lives at. Sulphate cleansers wash at the pH of soap; your barrier pays for it.
Like everything we make, the spec is public: surfactant class and pH, printed on the tube.
03 · The scienceStrong on sunscreen. Soft on skin.
The cleanser has one hard test to pass: dissolve the Invisible Shield’s film-formers in a single wash, then rinse without residue or tightness.
Left out: sulphates, soap, fragrance, essential oils, scrub particles.
04 · The clockStep one of the night.
10:00 PM: The Reset opens the night routine. Whatever follows, a treatment layer or straight to Night Shield, works better on properly cleansed skin.

Questions, answered straight.
Do I need a double cleanse?
No. It is engineered to remove our own film-former SPF in one wash. Heavy waterproof makeup may still want two.
Does it sting eyes?
It is formulated low-sting and fragrance-free. Avoid direct contact with eyes all the same.
Oily or dry skin?
Both. It cleans by surfactant chemistry, not by stripping oil.
When will it ship?
In 3–4 weeks, with its batch record.
