Refund & Cancellation
Pre-order cancellations: you may cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund — email sumeet@outnorm.com with your order number. Delays: if we cannot ship within the estimated window, we will notify you and you may keep your reservation or take a full refund. After delivery: for a sealed, unused unit you may request a return within 7 days of delivery; damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
