A pre-order is a reservation, not a trap. Here is exactly how you get your money back.
Cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund — email care@lumiraskin.in with your order number. That's it.
If we cannot ship within the estimated window, we will tell you. You choose: keep your reservation, or take a full refund.
For a sealed, unused unit you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
